Tsukemono – A selection of our fried delights. Our menu caters from ethical omnivores (free range fried chicken) to vegans (homemade fried seitan) All our dishes are finished with our selection of colourful pickles (including our vegan kimchi!) And of course we’ll have to bring our Kimchi Fried Rice Scotch Eggs for this occasion.
We are makers of award wining handmade raw milk artisan cheddar. We are the only remaining maker of Cheddar Cheese in the the historic village of Cheddar. We mature our cheeses for up to two years wrapped in traditional cheesecloth. We also mature some of our truckles in Gough’s Cave in Cheddar Gorge creating a renowned unique Cave Matured Cheddar.
