It goes to the heart of what happens here at Park Farm. We take a traditional approach both to how we raise and graze our small herd of 160 mainly Holstein Friesian cows and to our artisan, handmade, hands-on cheesemaking.

At Forage we spend a lot of time doing some very serious playing with our food - we get rather excited by things like discovering that together dandelion, ox eyed daisy and sorrel leaves taste of the smell of spring, that adding a pinch of lavender to elderberries transform their flavour into the smoothest preserve you'll ever spread on your toast, and that honeysuckle joined with a sprig of tarragon is just, well, ethereal and we've just found out that Rosehip and Horseradish are destined for a long term relationship. And because we are inspired by the bounty nature conjures up, there is no guarantee that what we make one year, we'll be able to make the next; this means we'll never be very scalable, uniform or sat on supermarket shelves, but we're not worried about that; we're more concerned that we make you smile with every spoonful.

Ivors Ice Cream is made in the farm house using milk from his own cows and cream from Lucy´s Dairies. We do a range of about 20 flavours including seasonal ones. We sell it in 125ml pots with a spoon supplied in the lid, 430ml pots, 2L and 4L containers.

Our Bristol-based bakery, Step and Stone, makes handmade lavosh flatbreads with a social purpose. We work with young people with learning disabilities, helping to develop their skills and confidence so they can eventually find employment in the mainstream catering world. We’re a community interest company, so all our profits are ploughed straight back into the bakery.

Our hand-selected ingredients include organic eggs from Somerset, Shipton Mill '00' flour and the best quality durum wheat semolina, all from local suppliers. We always have at least one vegan option, so please ask.

Dick Willows is a craft cider maker, smallholder and willow grower/weaver based just outside of Bath. His new premises are due to be finished and available for a visit in 2018.
We find and import the best quality olives available. When they arrive in our kitchen in Bromham, we remove a huge amount of the salt content, which makes them even healthier. We have a very wide repertoire of dressings for our olives – many of them with a “Wiltshire twist” that you won’t get anywhere else!
