will be cooking up a storm with Paintworks apples, she’ll be showing us A starter of Lyme Bay Scallops with Apple slaw, a main of Blagdon Butchers Pork Tenderloin with Apple’s in Somerset Cider brandy, and a Severn Cider cream sauce, and a pudding of Apple rings in a Somerset Cider batter with Salcombe Dairy Ice cream.

Learn how to make Pumpkin and Sage Gnocchi and a Roasted Squash Dip with Pumpkin Crisps. Perfect seasonal dishes for autumn and a great way to use up your pumpkin carving leftovers!

where he taught Vlad the impaler’s nephew how to spatchcock a guinea fowl, Dave is primed to deliver a spooky culinary demonstration ‘witch’ will make a wolfman howl! Expect cheap gags and savoury snacks with a Halloween theme.
