Please provide as much information as possible as to what products (or services) your business provides (this also helps us promote you through social media so mention any of your signature dishes/items you sell).
We encourage all of our traders to use locally produced, ethically sourced and organic produce where possible, as well as biodegradable packaging.

Booking a stall:

The pricings for the night market are as follows, please select an option:
Food Stall without Electricity* £120 Food Stall with 16amp Electricity Supply** £130 Food Stall with 2 x 16amp Supply £140 Small Eats Food Stall*** £50 

* You will not be charged for electricity used to power lights on your stall, however we do ask that you use LED or battery powered lights
** 1 x 16 amp supply provides you with roughly 3k watts so if you require more than this please apply for 2 x 16amp supply. Items such as Rice Cookers / Water Urn’s generally require 3kwatts each item.
*** A small eats food stall includes items such as nuts, olives, confectionaries etc. this will be agreed with the markets team beforehand and you will receive a pitch in the alleyways around the market or the glass arcade, your stall must also be self-sufficient.

APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED WITHOUT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
This Includes: Risk Assessments, Public Liability Insurance, Gas Certificates, PAT Certificates, Fire Safety Analysis and any other supporting documentation.
These will be requested if your application is successful, in order for the booking to be confirmed.

Power Requirements

If you require electricity please detail the items you intend to use at the market and their individual power requirements. All electric equipment must hold a P.A.T. and the event controller has the discretion to stop you using an item if it appears unsafe.

Set Up

If you are trading on Corn St then you MUST use a market umbrella (provided) which are 2.4m x 2.4m. A small number of Vehicles and Gazebos can be accommodated on St Nicholas St. If you are not able to trade using an umbrella, please give details of your set up here.

Application does not guarantee a space. Pitches are not offered on a first come, first served basis, they are allocated according to suitability, menu and quality to ensure an outstanding line up for our visitors and a fair trading opportunity for businesses.

If your application is successful, you will be notified on or before the 14th November. If you do not hear from us then your application has not been successful this time and you will be added to our waiting list.

Terms and Conditions

• To ensure the reservation of a pitch, the fee (and electricity/table charge if applicable) must be paid at least 2 weeks before the event to which it relates.
• If the potential stall-holder finds that he cannot attend the event for which he or she has booked and gives 10 days full written notice of that fact, the full payment will be refunded provided Love Food Festival can fill the pitch.
• In all other circumstances the payment is non-refundable whether cancellation is due to the inability of the stall-holder to attend or to the event being cancelled owing to circumstances beyond the control of Love Food Festival.
